30 day "Love it or Return it" policy (Only for U.S. Customers)

For U.S. orders placed on bnbpickleball.com, we offer a 30-day "Love it or Return it" policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your paddle(s), you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the delivery date. While we may ask for feedback regarding your purchase, please note this is solely to help us improve our products and will not affect your return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note the following guidelines regarding product modifications:

Allowed Modifications:

  • Lead tape
  • Edge guard tape
  • Overgrips (without removing the original factory grip)

Modifications that will void the 30-day return policy:

  • Removal of the original factory grip
  • Altering or removing the butt cap
  • Any modifications to the handle, including the use of PU inserts

For all other items (such as balls, apparel, etc.), they must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return and must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

After 30 days

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’ll assume you’re loving your new paddles and are crushing it on the courts. But in case you encounter some workmanship or manufacturing issues Bread & Butter warrants the paddles to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France and the UK. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.

This warranty is VOID for the following conditions:

Normal wear and tear (Fading of graphics. Scuff marks.)
Damage through improper usage (striking the ground, other paddles, or anything other than a pickleball). Negligence, acts of nature, or accident.
Used in commercial applications or rentals.
Modifications or repairs made to your paddle. (Including Slyce Caps)
Purchased from a non-authorized Bread & Butter dealer.
Purchased paddle in used condition.
Not being the original purchaser.
The paddle was won in a promotion or in a competition.
Paddles that were not registered when purchased from a 3rd Party.
Paddles shipped to freight forwarders or delivered outside of The US and territories, CA, AU, NZ, UK, or FR.* *This does not apply to APO, FPO, and DPO mail.

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to a freight forwarder, warehouse, or to a friend or family member for transport to a country we do not ship to directly, the 30-Day Love It or Return It Policy and 6 month warranty will be VOID. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or incorrect items. Thank you for your understanding!
